The Josephine Avenue Group (JAG) is pleased to announce the launch of a new WhatsApp community for residents of Josephine Avenue.
The aim is to make it easier for neighbours to keep in touch, share information, ask questions, exchange recommendations and build a stronger sense of community along our street.
We are starting with two WhatsApp groups:
• General Chat – A place to share local news, ask questions, discuss neighbourhood issues and keep in touch with fellow residents.
• Market Place – A space to offer unwanted items, find things you need, advertise local services or pass on recommendations.
How to join
Simply register as a resident on this JAG website. Once registered, you will receive an email containing the WhatsApp invitation link. You can then join the groups that interest you.
This is a new initiative and we’d welcome suggestions for additional groups or ways to make the community more useful. Perhaps a group for gardening, local recommendations, lost and found, or sharing tools and equipment?
We hope as many residents as possible will get involved. The more neighbours who join, the more useful the community will become!
