Congrats for this great website and community feeling that I really enjoy here. I am an Helix Road resident since 1999 and am willing to buy a flat in Hermes House.
Before I make this big investment, I would be happy to be in touch with any current resident and get some feedback about the life in the building. Even though I am definitely not precious nor anxious, I am quite concerned with the maintenance and security of the site: it took months to evict the squatters, the front door seems open to anyone most of the time, I hear about invisible landscaping etc. + I’d be glad to start knowing my new neighbours.
