Plans are going well for the Avenue’s 3rd Annual Street Party happening June 5th, 2pm to 8pm. As usual we’ll be closing the street between the two ends of Appach Road and having our big picnic tables down the middle, bunting, bouncy castle and DJ. Your help would be much appreciated.
Let’s make some noise
We are in the process of getting together a musical jamming session at the event and are looking for budding musicians/singers or any one who can make a noise! Planning meeting
We need volunteers to help set up and clear away the tables and chairs, hang bunting, table cloths, set up stalls, etc. etc. If you have the time to help please come to a street party meeting on 26th May at 7;30 pm at 6 Helix Gardens. If you have any other suggestions for the party in addition to the bouncy castle, face painting, live DJS, book stall, plant stall, Talent board, Doctor Bike and would like to help organise it please let us know.
